  • The title, The Alliance was chosen because Newport News CASA understands
the need for a strong collaborative partnership between the Court Appointed
Special Advocates, the Guardian Ad Litems, the Judges and City Attorneys,
Social Services and all other organizations and representatives who are
committed to ensure safe, nurturing and permanent homes for children in
    foster care.

  • Newport News CASA is committed to this alliance and will continue to provide
information through this quarterly publication to enhance the understanding
of our mission and the tireless efforts of volunteer advocates in our community.
