Kima McCoy, Newport News CASA volunteer speaks to a group
on her experiences as a teenage runaway at the Violence in the World of
Children Conference held in Williamsburg on March 9, 2005. Kima's story
included emergency removal from her home, placement in a group home and
then her success as a graduate of the USAF Academy and her ensuing
career. Kima received her CASA training in San Angelo, TX and has
joined the Newport News CASA program to continue her advocacy with
children. |

University. Titania graduated from ODU in May 2005.
